Small cottage type hospital. Have had good treatment from minor injuries and physio deoartment
The staff at this hospital from reception onwards exemplify caring nature in action. Today they went the extra mile for me, when they're all already running a marathon. It did help so much and probably avoided a lot of extra paperwork and travelling further down the line. Many many thanks for being so caring, flexible, proactive and efficient. Local hospitals worth so much more than the sum of their parts. Well done.

We are a Bible Believing Church with a welcome for all. Weekly we have very good Speakers, delivering the Word of Truth. We sing Hymns of Christian faith written by inspired Hymnodists. Come and join us soon.
As a member of this church, I appreciate its sound Bible preaching and teaching, its warm Christian fellowship, and its prayerful concern for the Lord's name to be honoured and glorified. Families or individuals who are living or visiting in this part of mid-Wales should come and discover what God is doing in this place.

Nice place to stop by especially if you have children with plenty near by to keep them entertained. Good varied menu and friendly staff with a scenic location.
Lovely location: the view of the lake is pretty, there's scenic walks nearby and Llandrindod town centre nearby, plus a playground and skate park for the kids. I had the carvery which was delicious and reasonably priced, especially the mashed potatoes. My only small gripe was the toilets, which were rather basic (one men's, one ladies and one disabled) and wet-floored thanks to a powerful tap. Overall, I thoroughly recommend.

Fabian's Kitchen is more or less opposite the Metropole hotel and so is ideally located if youre staying there and want something different - and I think much better. For starters I had Green lipped mussels, which were delicious with a good number of mussels and a great bread to dunk up the juices/sauce. For a main I had the fish curry which again was delicious and was a perfect portion size. The wine list although limited is very good and reasonably priced. The chef/owner and his wife are extremely friendly and he took time out to see how we found the food. A great meal and I shall definitely return next time I'm in Llandrindod Wells.
